food and service were superb, friendly staff to lovely food. Muffins and brunch were great alongside the staffs whom went out of the way with my indecisiveness from the variety of muffins, definitely coming again. It does get crowded during lunch which affects the atmosphere alittle but that was to be expected as well
I recently visited a cafe located in Bukit Timah and was impressed by the ambiance. I would love to go back there to study and try their wonderful lunch, which unfortunately I didn't have the chance to taste. This cafe is located near Udders Ice Cream and Nook's Pancakes, which also have a great reputation for their food.
The picture above shows that the cafe has a wide variety of muffins, and they are reasonably priced at around $2.50. The menu also includes baked rice and salads, and a wide range of drinks, from smoothies to espresso, are available to cater to everyone's needs.
One of my all time favourite, Tom Yum Prawn pasta with added prawns (additional costs). A cosy, family-owned cafe along Lorong Kilat serves a range of western/Italian food along with freshly baked muffins! Definite hidden gem worth exploring.
Place is empty on a weekday 2pm. Staff is welcoming and attentive. Their food is good and hearty. Compared to similar cafe/restaurants ard the area, here feels Abit more atas and food Abit more delicious. Loved the deco, but can't remember what music they were playing. Aircon could be a little colder.
Great place for brunch and it’s also dog friendly (outdoor seating). The portions are huge and I’m a big eater myself. Quite full after their signature big breakfast. Love that they give croissant and lots of mushroom. A bit too much mushroom in their aglio olio and not enough pasta though. We love the tater tots as I ordered the optional belachan mayo. Wish they gave more of that cos we totally used up all! While there I noticed their muffin takeaway business is good. Think my wife bought some back before and I remembered it was good. Highly recommend this place!
Love the old school vibe of this cafe. Coffee was good and food was generous in portion. Muffins appear to be very popular and were pretty delicious. Staff were friendly.
Second time eating at the signature patisserie. Ate on a Saturday at around 1pm. Wasn't as crowded as the last time we came.
Food was nice, we ordered 2 mains to share among three people. Avocado toast with scrambled eggs as well as har Chong Gai waffles. Har Chong Gai waffles were great, avocado toast decent but scrambled eggs a bit too watery. Got 2 cold pressed apple orange juices (authentic) and 1 hot water.
Wasn't too full, just right for 2 medium eaters and 1 small eater. Portions seems to be smaller than the last time round. Total bill 56 for 3 people. Bought 9 muffins for another 24 dollars, generally around 2.50 to 3.50 per muffin.
One of our favorite brunch place to go on weekends. Har Cheong Gái chicken chunks is an absolute must try.
